Sirius Radio...?

I am going to buy Sirius Radio. I'm buying the Sportster 4 becaused I think that is the best one. I want to listen to football games and that is why I am getting Sirius. I want to listen in the car but also at home. What is everything I need to buy that is good for having for Sirius. Please answer my questions and I will give a best answer. Thanks.
