Isn't the phenomenon of three-dimensional space a complete paradox? how can it end? does location even exist?

I'm not sure I understand the question. It requires three physical dimensions to locate anything in the universe, (and a fourth dimension of time, which is not on a physical axis, if that object is not stationary). I guess I fail in understanding the question as it seems to me that you are suggesting that a three dimensional universe is paradoxical in and of itself.
