How can I put a limit on my roommates internet usage?

The cheapest thing to do is to get your own internet account ( a second one eg wireless) then up their rent to cover it. let them have the original, let them think they getting it free. Just up the rent to cover your secret new internet account. Dont forget the computers cost electricity as well and it adds up if lots of hours. Probably $100 per year per computer.
