Are bank lobbyists trying to get Boehner to 'p over' Ron Paul as chair of subcommittee that oversees Fed?

If he is blocked then there will have to be more house cleaning to do on the Republican side. I hope the voters will take notice and not forget. I am hopeful he will be chairman.
