Is the Clinton campaign just showing desperation by the attacks on Obama?

It appears that she has lost the public and is now doing everything and saying anything. What is her vision for the USA, all I see are attacks from her side, no new ideas. She was suppose to have won this thing on super Tuesday in the media eyes but the public who actually voted thought differently. After March 5 should she just drop out and go away. The one thing I have noticed is that she sure doesn't know how to budget the monies in her campaign.
