Siam Ocean World(Bangkok) vs Pattaya Under Water World?

We will be on a short trip to Thailand and staying just over 2 days in each Bangkok and Pattaya. Would really like some help on the topic...I have read what's on the internet...but i need some first hand experience. Which place is good value for money and more interesting?
