Leopard Gecko Lighting?

Your setup is fine, but he should be able to thermo-regulate so get a thermometer with a probe and rest the probe on top of the heat pad to tell how much heat is provided for your gecko. that side should be around 85-90 degrees the other side should be around 75-80 degrees so you will need to track that side as well.A light is not necaryor needed, they'll just avoid it. You can use it tho for nocturnal viewing or extra heating. As for the feeders, the mealworms shouldn't be able to crawl in the crickets side because they will try to at the mealie... Also so much crickets in a little tub or container can result to cannibalism. You cant really stop mealies fron morphing into a pupae but you can feed your gecko the pupae...
