Okay, 1, your not that big, i mean i am overweight too! I am 13 and weigh 138, now that's bad! What I am going to do is avoid sugar, salt, caffiene, and alcohol, which obviously i am not drinking alcohol, lol! Also you need to motivate yourself to exercise, at least start out walking, and then gradually start jogging! Also at home, before school, after school, and before bed, maybe do some sit ups and stuff like that! Hope I helped! Also! Drink lots of water! Before each meal and in between meals! Lots of water!!!!!!!!!!
